If you have a particular question or suggestion that you can't find in our knowledgebase, you can also post on our support forum. Not sure about how to use a feature of our software - or require general help getting to grips with semantic web concepts? The forum will allow you to draw from the knowledge and expertise of other users.

We also look at our own forum regularly - so you may well get a post from us in response to a question or suggestion.
